Ever heard of the saying, "don't stop till you've had enough", or something like that? Well, that I strongly believe in. This is my experience.
My life was pretty much good and fun. Then came that day, 9th March 2010. I was jogging with my brother when we reached the traffic lights. I waited for the green man, but my brother just crossed. I didn't see or feel anything, but later I woke at the hospital. Then I found out that I got hit by a car. Traumatic? Well, it wasn't so painful, it was more shocking to find out what had happened. "Is this a dream?" I thought. A dream because for the first time I had all my meals on time.
2 and a half years had passed and I've made some recovery though I'm not sure what the future may hold for me. As for today, now I'm living everyday, a day at a time.
A little about me; I love music and sports. I used to play basketball, I still enjoy the sport. It's just that I'm still recovering, so for now I don't play ball. Just catch. The one virtue I'm holding on by, is perserverance. So try, try, try. It is, as well, a Smashing Pumpkins song, and it's about never giving up; persvererance. Peace, Murdock
